个人简介

王承健,中共党员,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。主要从事食品生物化学与生物技术、食品营养健康与质量安全、食品相关复杂分子人工合成以及新型生物活性成分与特殊食品开发等领域的基础和应用基础研究,尤其在糖复合物生物活性寡糖链的定性定量分析、释放制备及功能机制研究方面建立了系列新技术。Carbohydrate Research杂志审稿人,中国生物化学与分子生物学会糖复合物专业委员会首届青年委员会委员。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目与青年基金、陕西省自然科学基础研究计划面上项目、必赢国际bwin登录“青年学术英才支持计划”项目等项目6项,在Analytical ChemistryJournal of Agricultural and Food ChemistryJournal of Proteome ResearchJournal of Chromatography ASCI期刊上发表论文30余篇,授权国家发明专利6项,获陕西省高等学校科学技术一等奖(排名第二)和陕西省优秀博士论文奖,被评为必赢国际bwin登录2022-2023教学年度优秀教师。
